The Vintage 18 project was developed by Teixeira Duarte Real Estate in collaboration with a group of distinguished partners. It is the end result of an approach characterized by meticulous planning. It is a team project whose objective is to pass along a unique legacy to Vila Nova de Gaia. Broadway Malyan The facade was designed by one of the most renowned architectural offices in the world. Founded in London in 1958, Broadway Malyan prides itself on 60 years of history, a diversity of projects and 250 awards.

Through their participation in the project, Architaylors combines esthetics, functionality and organization in the spaces they design. SHI Studios The vintage design for the common areas, inspired by the charm and enchantment of wine culture, owes its excellence to the collaboration of Sheila de Moura Azevedo and her wide-ranging experience in architecture, design and decor.
